The young players are kitted out with an exclusive Jets Academy shirt and everything that they need to take to the greens.
Scholarships are also up for grabs and will be issued to the most promising kids who show commitment to the program.
The club is proud to be able to offer this opportunity to junior boys and girls who are interested in taking up lawn bowls or even just curious to try it out.
Club coach Matthew Baus' experience having come through the junior ranks and now being a member of the senior Australian squad holds him in good stead to be able to pass his knowledge and experiences onto a new breed of juniors.
World Champion Natasha Scott and former State Representatives Jason Stokes and Lennon Scott are also on deck and are only too happy to help in any way. There is a wealth of knowledge and experience to be drawn upon from players that have all come up through the ranks.
