Port Stephens Council approves planning proposal to allow 170 more homes at Latitude One

Port Stephens Council has paved the way for Ingenia Lifestyle to add a further 170 homes at its Latitude One over-55s village, potentially increasing the number of homes to 440 and the number of residents to more than 600.
