The men's team will be coached by Brooke Roach and Craig Murray who bring a wealth of experience to the job while in their inaugural season, the ladies tackle team will be coached by Lindsay Ridgeway. The Ravens ladies league tag team will have Paul Marquet mentoring this team.

FINGAL Bay Rugby League Club has announced its coaching staff for season 2020.
The men's team will have the double act of Dean Carney and John Gutherson, who won a premiership for the Bomboras in 2016, at the helm. The ladies league tag team will be coached by Blaine O'Flaherty. The former Irish international has been busy recruiting in the off season.
The Fingal club will hold a meet and greet on Wednesday, January 29 at 6pm at the Longboat Cafe following a beach run. There will be a sausage sizzle and an information session.
NELSON Bay Cricket Club have started 2020 in style with strong wins.
On Saturday, January 11, the Makos won their A-grade fixture against the Journeyman. Matt Palmer was the main destroyer with the impressive figures 5-22.
B1 were too strong for Maryland Tavern with Bryce Causley capturing 5-20 with a fine spell of bowling.
This Saturday, January 18, the Makos will honour former player Kristian White who passed away in 2018. He was a valued member of the Makos and great supporter of sport in the Bay.
The memorial day will be held at Don Waring Oval in Tomaree Sports Complex. A minute silence will be held at 12.50pm before the A-grade side plays. The club will supply a barbecue on the day for all in attendance.
Cricket club president Simon Plummer said the memorial day will become an annual event.
"We would like to invite all friends and family to remember a lifelong friend and member of our club who was tragically taken from us in October 2018," Plummer said. "Kristian was involved in numerous Port Stephens community sports clubs and was loved by all."
Nelson Bay Cricket Club will host the Mark Palmer Super 7s next month. The annual seven-a-side cricket challenge will be held at Tomaree Sports Complex on Sunday, February 16.

All teams are to be registered and paid for by Sunday, January 26.
