The Elders Insurance Country Hope Pig Racing, also affectionately known as the 'little grunter races', was due to be held on February 9 but due to heavy rain, was postponed to February 23.
Pig racing will begin at 1pm and wrap up about 5pm. There will also be auctions, raffles and music entertainment by Jake Daulby on offer.
Money raised throughout the family-friendly afternoon will go to Country Hope, a family-centred support charity for country children diagnosed with cancer and other life threatening illnesses.
The annual pig races is a fund-raising precursor to the Riverina Redneck Rally in which Shoal Bay resident Darren James takes part in.
Last year, Mr James and his rally crew raised more than $16,000 for Country Hope, with $5800 of that total coming from the pig race day at Anna Bay Tavern.
Mr James and his crew, named 'The Coasties', are once again set to drive in the Riverina Redneck Rally, which starts in West Wyalong on March 1 and finishes in Nelson Bay on March 6.
