Motorists are being advised that traffic conditions on Hexham Bridge will temporarily change this week while safety improvement work is carried out.

Transport for NSW will carry out the work, which includes upgrading signs and line marking.
To reduce the impact on motorists, work on the bridge will be carried out between 7.30pm and 4.30am on Thursday, June 25, Sunday, June 28 and Monday, June 29.
The northbound on-ramp from the New England Highway to the Pacific Highway will be closed.
A detour will be in place via the U-turn bay east of Hexham Railway Station.
A 60 km/h speed limit will be in place during work hours.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
