Resident Jacki Hallam said the items - predominantly sheets, towels and bric-a-brac which had been collected from community residents - had originally been intended to go to victims of the horrific NSW bushfires during the summer.
"But due to a number of circumstances they had been overwhelmed and we were left with the stock, so we decided to have a garage sale and donate the money to local charities," said Jackie.
The charities to benefit from the garage sale will include the Yacaaba Centre, local Lions club and Tomaree Community Hospital.
The garage sale will be held in the Latitude One shed, adjacent to the public carpark, from 8am to 2pm. All are welcome.
