A woman will face a number of drug-related charges in court this month following her arrest in Raymond Terrace in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

About 1am on July 1 Port Stephens police officers patrolling Raymond Terrace when they sighted a white Toyota Yaris on Cook Street which they approached.
Police spoke to the occupants of the vehicle which included a 25 year old woman in the front passenger seat.
The officers then conducted a search of the vehicle.
During the search the police officers allegedly located and seized amphetamines, several prescription medications, drug paraphernalia and mobile phones.
The woman was arrested and taken to Raymond Terrace Police Station where she was charged with two counts of possess prohibited drug, three counts of goods in custody and one count of supply prohibited drug.
She was granted strict conditional bail and will appear in Raymond Terrace Local Court on July 27.
