A man who jumped out of a side window of an industrial shed in Heatherbrae to avoid police was allegedly found with more than a kilogram of cocaine in his pants once arresting officers caught up with him.

The 31-year-old man was arrested by officers from the Northern Region domestic violence high risk offender team and the Port Stephens-Hunter Police District's proactive crime team from an industrial shed in Giggins Road, Heatherbrae about 12.30pm on Wednesday, September 9.
It came after Port Stephens police were called to an East Maitland home on Saturday, September 5 following reports of a domestic-related incident.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with a 30-year-old woman.
During a search of the home, police allegedly located and seized cannabis, methylamphetamine, steroids, cocaine and more than $20,000 in cash.
As part of further inquiries into Saturday's search and seizure of drugs and cash from the East Maitland residence, Northern Region and Port Stephens police showed up at the Heatherbrae shed on Wednesday.
Police said the 31-year-old man jumped out a side window of the shed and attempted to evade police.
He was arrested a short time later. Upon his arrest, officers allegedly noticed a large package hidden inside the man's shorts.
"The package was removed and found to contain 1kg of cocaine. It was seized for forensic examination," NSW Police said.
A crime scene was established and a search warrant was executed at the industrial property where police allegedly located and seized motorcycles, a car, methylamphetamine, cash, mobile phones and knuckle dusters.
The man was taken to Raymond Terrace Police Station and charged with five offences including supply large commercial quantity prohibited drug, possess prohibited drug, attempt stalk/intimidate intend fear of harm (domestic) and deal with proceeds of crime.
He was refused bail and was due to appear at Maitland Local Court on Thursday, September 10.
Investigations are continuing and further charges are expected to be laid.
