A Sydney man allegedly caught speeding 90 kilometres over the limit on the Pacific Highway is due face dangerous and negligent driving charges in Raymond Terrace Local Court next month.

About 9.50pm on Sunday, October 18 Port Stephens police were conducting patrols of Raymond Terrace when they allegedly spotted a green Ford Falcon driving dangerously.
Police said they were "alarmed at the manner of driving" and the "driver's blatant disregard for the road rules".
According to police, the vehicle was detected travelling at 200km/h in a 110km zone on the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace.
The driver, a 22-year-old man from Castle Hill, was then allegedly detected travelling at 125km/h in a 70km zone at Heatherbrae.
Police said the vehicle was seen to "fishtail through the roundabout at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Masonite Road" in Heatherbrae before officers intervened.
The man driver's licence was confiscated and suspended for a period of six months.
The man received a Field Court Attendance Notice for drive at a speed dangerous and negligent driving.
He due to appear in Raymond Terrace Local Court on a date to be determined in November.
