* International flights into Melbourne resuming from Thursday, after the program was paused in February because of a coronavirus outbreak that put Victoria into a five-day lockdown
* Arrivals capped at 800 in the first week, expected to increase in the second week to 1000
* 4991 first doses of the Pfizer vaccine delivered to quarantine workers as of April 5 and nearly half of those have also received their second dose. Only staff who have received at least the first dose are working in the quarantine program
* 2823 staff have undergone N95 mask fit testing and refresher training
* Resident testing doubled to days zero, four, 12 and 14 of quarantine
* New QR app for staff sign-ins and contact tracing
* Additional screening at Melbourne airport
* Six hotels in the program - Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport, Intercontinental, Novotel Ibis Melbourne Central, Pan Pacific (airline crew), Holiday Inn on Flinders (COVID-infected guests) and Element Melbourne Richmond (guests with medical conditions and complex needs). Another six hotels to join the program after ventilation improvements
* All quarantine staff tested daily, with day-off testing encouraged
