Nelson Bay Golf Club will host a fundraising dinner on May 28 with 100 per cent of the proceeds to go to the Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary hospital.

The dinner, open to all to attend, will include a two-course meal, drink on arrive, raffles, an auction and live entertainment.
"We want to see these beautiful animals protected and looked after for many years to come and appreciate all the work the Port Stephens Koala Hospital provides," club general manager Trevor Harrison said.
Port Stephens Koalas and its hospital is not-for-profit and relies on donations, adoptions and fundraising events for its survival.
Tickets to attend the dinner, kicking off at 6.30pm, are $75 per person available through the golf club on (02) 4981 1132. The club is seeking donations to use in the raffle and auction on the night.
