Visitors were able to view new additions to the collection, including heritage panels funded by Port Stephens Council. Visitors also saw a diorama of WWII training at Zenith Beach, Shoal Bay constructed by local enthusiast Roger Rigby.
The event was aimed at generating awareness of plans to build a world class museum and cultural hub on the Tomaree peninsula. Visit tomareemuseum.org.au.
