Julio's, which had been set up in Bannisters' Terrace Bar for eight months, has now been transformed into Toli's and on the menu is flavours from Turkey to Tunisia and beyond.
Prepared by prepared by executive chef Mitch Turner, the wholesome, rich and aromatic menu format is designed to share, focusing on mezze, shared and sides.
Mezze plates include hummus with sumac burnt butter; griddled halloumi with burnt honey, thyme and nuts; and chargrilled lamb kebab with onion and sumac Salad.
"To share, try the chermoula baked eggplant with tabbouleh salad and tahini, aleppo pepper lamb with pomegranate dressing or the spiced local free-range chicken with labneh and kohlrabi salad," Mr Turner said.
"The drinks list will feature a curated list of Mediterranean inspired cocktails, as well as Moroccan and Spanish wines."
Toli's is open seven nights from 5.30pm to 9pm.
