The Roos are seeking a head coach for its 2022 men's open and women's tackle teams.
The club, which plays out of Lionel Morton Oval, is also seeking a First Aid officer for both sides.
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the relevant qualifications for the positions, the club said.
Applications for the positions are to be sent to karuahroosrlfc@gmail.com by October 30.
In the shortened 2021 season, Karuah's women's tackle team finished their season at the top of the B-grade ladder.
Newcastle Hunter Rugby League competitions were abandoned on August 20 with two rounds left to play before finals due to the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown.
Having played 16 games, the Rooettes finished their season five points ahead of second placed Waratah-Mayfield.
Karuah's men's team finished fifth on the Northern Conference ladder, two points behind the fourth placed Raymond Terrace Magpies.
