The clinic in Jacaranda Avenue was named a casual exposure site overnight on Wednesday, October 13.
Anyone who visited the clinic on Tuesday, October 5 from 6.55pm to 7.30pm must get tested and isolate until they receive a negative result.
It is the second time the clinic has been listed as an exposure site, following a visit by an infectious person on September 12.
Other COVID-19 exposure sites in Port Stephens include:
Cincotta Discount Chemist Raymond Terrace: Friday, October 8 from 1:10pm to 1:20pm, 1:25pm to 1:35pm, 1:55pm to 2:05pm, 12:50pm to 1pm and 2:40pm to 2:45pm
Medowie Medical Centre: Thursday, October 7 from 2:35pm to 3:10pm
Woolworths Medowie: Monday, October 4 from 12:40pm to 1:05pm
The advice for each of these venues is, if you visited during the listed date and time, to get tested immediately and self-isolate until you get a negative result.
