As the restrictions have eased, the group has at long last been able to recommence its program - activities that are important to people living with Parkinson's.
The group's Carers Coffee Club met at the Bay Hut Cafe on November 2 for morning tea. Later that day, the group held its exercise program at Tomaree Community Hall.
The weekly exercise program will continue during November and December from 3pm to 4pm. It is held at the hall on Tuesday and Thursday.
On Thursday, November 18 the group will have its monthly meeting starting at 1.30pm. The guest speaker will be Vanessa Orton, an occupational therapist from NSW Health.
The meeting will be in the Waratah Room at the Library and Community Centre at Salamander Bay. Everyone is welcome.
