Between 9am and 4pm until Sunday, January 2 there will be controllers instructing the flow of traffic through the upper and lower car parks of Birubi Beach.
Further signage to indicate traffic and parking conditions have been installed.
These traffic measures will be in place again between 9am and 4pm on Saturday, January 22 to Wednesday, January 26.
Additionally, parking is prohibited on the eastern side of James Paterson Street in Anna Bay between 6am and 6pm during the summer holiday period.
The measures are put in place each peak holiday period to ease parking pressure at Birubi Point - one of the Port's most visited destinations.
