Lane Cove company fined $250,000 in NSW Land and Environment Court for environmental damage at Tea Gardens

The NSW Land and Environment Court has ordered a Lane Cove-based company to pay more than $250,000 in fines for a series of offences that damaged environmentally sensitive land next to a sanctuary zone of the Port Stephens-Great Lakes Marine Park.
