Committee member Karen Partridge said the long-running club needed some fresh faces on board.
"Every position on the committee needs filling," she said.
"It's a great club, we just need some more people on board to help."
Anyone who can support the club is urged to attend its annual meeting on Sunday, March 2 from 2pm at the Dolphin Room, in the Tea Gardens Hotel.
"We need enough people to come along to form a committee," Partridge said.
"Without one we can't operate," she said.
The club usually attracts about 100 players from the Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest, Pindimar, Bundabah area aged between 5 and 14 years.
"It's just an in-town competition where you don't have to travel anywhere," Partridge explained.
"That's a huge benefit."
The mixed teams play each Saturday at Memorial Park, Tea Gardens and there are two gala days a year with Gloucester and Bulahdelah.
The football season begins midway through April and will continue through until the end of September.
A registration date will not be finalised until a committee is locked in.
