The NDDC first held the Myall Stages Rally in the Bulahdelah State Forest in 2006.
It is now recognised as a round in the NSW state championship.
A club event is also held for social competitors.
‘‘Myall Stages is also the only club rally in NSW which provides an opportunity for drivers to develop their pace-noting skills,’’ event organiser Graham Humphreys said.
The rally headquarters will be at Bulahdelah Showground, on Prince Street.
About 38 cars are expected to meet at the showground before making their way to Wootton Way, where they will race on a set out track.
From 6am to 6pm on Saturday, August 9, Wootton Way will be closed.
The first cars to leave will be those taking part in the introductory rally. They will complete a 45-kilometre track before championship racers hit the circuit, completing two laps of a 97-kilometre track.
Spectators are welcome to watch and should head to the showground, where marshals will lead them to safe viewing areas in the forest.
