One lucky school will win a visit from the singer, a $10,000 Telstra grant for their performing arts department and 20 concert tickets to see Perry at their nearest capital city during her tour.
Two highly commended schools will also receive a $5000 Telstra grant for their performing arts departments or programs.
"Whether it's a tribute to a great teacher, an introduction to your drama class or a showcase of the incredibly talented students at your school, this is a great opportunity to rally your friends, teachers and parents together to show Katy what makes your school unique, special and inspirational," Telstra's Nick Adams said.
To enter, schools need to upload their video submission to online video platform Vimeo and complete the official entry form online at Telstra.com/katyperry.
Entries close on September 26.
