The new $200,000 exhibit is opening at Oakvale Farm and Fauna World at Salt Ash with seven koalas.
The exhibit can house up to 30 koalas at its peak.
It was created to provide an educational look at the famous furry animal and enhance Oakvale's koala breeding program.
"We are really proud of our one-of-a-kind Koala Country exhibit," owner Kent Sansom said.
"It provides a naturalistic environment for our koalas as well as highlights their vulnerability to our local, interstate and international visitors."
The exhibit was paid for with a $110,000 grant from the Coalition government's Tourism Quality Projects (TQP) Program and Oakvale matched the grant dollar-for-dollar.
The grand opening on Saturday will include face painting, lucky-door prizes, games and more, with admission on the day half price for three to 16-year-olds.
