Entertainment and specially made dishes will be on offer at the Bobs Farm brewery on Saturday.
A beer has been created in honour of the day, the In Bloom wet hop IPA, with proceeds from kegs of the beer sold going to Mates4Mates.
The not-for-profit charity provides physical and psychological rehabilitation programs for current and ex-serving ADF members who were wounded, injured or ill.
"Join us at Murray's Brewery on Anzac Day in support of Mates4Mates," brewery owner Murray Howe said.
"You can enjoy a great day out plus do some good for our ADF mates at the same time."
In Bloom was touted as the "freshest, tastiest local beer you can imagine" by Bobs Farm's head brewer Graeme Mahy.
Mr Mahy said the first hop flowers, used to make beer, of the season were hand picked from a farm in Tasmania and couriered overnight to the brewery.
"The next day we used these wet hops to brew the freshest beer possible."
Port Stephens solo entertainer Cathy Cannon would perform from 1pm.
Brewery tours, free for all current and past servicemen and women, will be held each day of the Anzac weekend at 2.15pm.
The Murray's Brewery bus would operate each day of the Anzac weekend.
