Feedback on the draft Delivery Program and Operational Plan for 2015-2016, which went on exhibition on May 4, will be sought at the meetings.
The meetings will include general manager Glenn Handford’s half-year update.
Information on potential future projects, funding opportunities, the council’s financial position and other achievements will be shared.
Also to be shared is information on the council’s position on the NSW Government’s local government reform program and merger talks with Gloucester Shire Council.
Mr Handford said that building relationships with and being responsive to the community remained a focus for the council, which was why it continued to provide opportunities for feedback and engagement.
‘‘In front of our mind is ensuring council’s actions work towards the community’s vision of a unique and sustainably managed environment balanced with quality lifestyle opportunities created through appropriate development, infrastructure and services,’’ he said.
A meeting would be held at Tea Gardens Baptist Church from 6pm on May 14, at the Bulahdelah School of Arts from 6pm on May 20 and the council chambers at Forster from 9am on May 21.
Councillors, Mr Handford and senior staff would attend the meetings to answer questions. The delivery program and operational plan would be on public exhibition until June 5.
