Cold, wet weather was not enough to deter the teams from playing in the second-annual touch football competition at Lakeside Sporting Complex in Raymond Terrace.
RAAF went on to win the main prize, “The Cup”, while Worimi won the runner’s up plate.
A council spokeswoman called the day a success and said despite the damp weather “we had a really good turn out” and that everyone had been in “good spirits”.
