Youlinda Cavanagh-Smith, 12, was last seen in Medowie on Thursday, June 1.
Her disappearance was reported to police on the same day. She has not been seen or heard from since. Police hold concerns for her welfare.
An appeal for her whereabouts was launched by Port Stephens police on Saturday.
Youlinda, who sometimes uses the nick name “Ameeka”, is described as being of Aboriginal appearance.
She has brown eyes and hair, tanned skin, stands at about 152 centimetres tall and has a slim build.
Police said Youlinda was wearing jeans, a black and white jumper, black shoes and a white hat when she was last seen.
She also has a nose and lip piercing.
Police confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that Youlinda’s whereabouts were still unknown and again appealed for information.
