An upcoming Blue Heeler Film Festival workshop is sure to bust all myths about movie magic being reserved for those with fancy cameras and microphones.
On Saturday, June 24, from 10am to 2pm, all are invited to learn from pocket filmmaker Jason van Genderen.
The Tropfest New York and Sundance London-winning artist will share tips and tricks on how to make quality movies using an iPhone.
Located at Muswellbrook library, the workshop will be ideal for budding filmmakers, vloggers, Youtubers, and journalists.
Mr van Genderen will talk about a range of helpful information including his top 10 tips for making amazing content; microphones suitable for iPhones, camera hacks and apps, and making the most of your phone’s battery life and memory.
The fun won’t stop there.
Those who participate will likely be inspired to enter a short film in this year’s competition.
Entries close on Monday, July 31.
There is no cost to attend.
