The women are now doing some final touches before the two-day event at the Gateway Church, Anna Bay on April 26 and April 27.
Jan Hall of Jan's Patchwork Group said there will be at least 40 to 50 quilts for sale.
In addition to what the women in the group have made by hand and machine, donations from the community have also been flowing in.
"People have donated wool, embroidery kits, materials, jewellery and art works," group member Colleen Maloy said.
The close-knit patchwork group's main purpose is socialising and Mrs Hall said it's groups like theirs that go a long way when it comes to mental health.
"Majority of us are retirees and a big part of our patchwork group is socialising so we don't feel isolated," she said.
This led to the women wanting to donate all of their profits from the quilt and craft show to the Yacaaba Centre which recently lost some vital funding.
"The community have really gotten involved because they know it's supporting a good cause," Mrs Maloy said.
Another way individuals and businesses can contribute is through Hands for Yacaaba.
There will also be a raffle drawn on Saturday, April 27.
