Held in September each year, the Stroud Rodeo attracts more than 1000 entries including the top 10 riders in Australia.
This year’s event, organised by the Stroud Rodeo Association, will be held at the showground off Bucketts Way on September 19 and 20.
Events will include bull riding, bronco riding, bulldogging and barrel racing.
The junior event will be held from 3pm on Friday, September 19, and the rodeo from 9am on Saturday, September 20.
A full camp drafting program is also held in conjunction with the rodeo, kicking off at 6.30am on the Friday and 7am on Saturday.
The Stroud Rodeo is a an international standard event providing all-weather seating for spectators.
It offers more than $30,000 in prize money.
