The Christmas Lights Spectacular at Hunter Valley Gardens is a show of grand proportions.
It not only features all the things that make Christmas in a child's mind memorable - lights, displays, Santa and fun activities - but for adults, too.
"This spectacle grows each year and 2014 is set to be our most innovative yet," Kyle McKendry, general manager of Hunter Valley Gardens, said.
"It's fantastic to see the excitement on a child's face when they see the lights and meet Santa for the first time."
The extravaganza features a record number of lights displayed across the expansive gardens, carollers and Santa until December 24 and children's rides.
The gardens are open between 10am and 4pm then again between 7.30pm and 10pm.
Tickets to the Christmas Lights Spectacular cost $25 for adults and $20 for children aged four to 15 years. Family passes (two adults, two children) cost $77.
Day and night passes are also available.
The Examiner has one family pass to give away to the Christmas Lights Spectacular, available to use until January 26.
To win, send your name and daytime contact number in an email titled "Christmas" to ewatts@fairfaxmedia.com.au.
The winner will be notified by 5pm on Wednesday, December 17.
