The legal documents, obtained by People magazine, claim Depp "violently kicked" Heard in the head in or around 2014. The documents state TMG principal Joel Mandel was informed "well after the fact" through discussions with house staff and security.
Depp has always denied any wrongdoing, calling the allegations "lies" and "false stories".
The couple separated in 2016. Heard requested a restraining order the day after she filed for divorce.
The disturbing claims are the latest in an string of explosive allegations put forward by TMG, which represented Depp from 1999 until 2016. The actor is suing the company for allegedly mishandling his income throughout his career to the tune of $33 million.
However, TMG alleges Depp would not listen to anyone and refused to curb his extravagant spending.
The firm is taking no prisoners, with documents over the weekend claiming the Pirates of the Caribbean star was "fully aware" he was breaking Australian law when he smuggled dogs Pistol and Boo into the country to film the latest instalment of the blockbuster franchise.
The allegations come after Depp's financial woes were laid bare in court, including - at one point - the need for a $US1 million loan. The actor also considered selling art and even putting up with paparazzi on a commercial flight in order to keep his luxury lifestyle afloat.
TMG has also previously alleged Depp spent "hundreds of thousands of dollars" on a sound engineer to feed him lines on set because he couldn't be bothered learning all of them himself.
The court case continues.
