About 30 people are still trapped in a building buried by a landslide in the northern Philippine province of Mountain, on Luzon island, where Typhoon Yutu hit the previous day.

The mayor of Natonin, where the incident occurred, confirmed to local media the death of four people, while rescue teams have been working since Tuesday night to find survivors under the mud and debris.
The affected building was the headquarters of the Provincial Department of Public Works, where dozens of people took refuge from the intense rains and strong winds of the Yutu, despite it not being an evacuation center.
In Banaue, where the well-known rice terraces are located in Ifugao province, another landslide caused the death of Baltazar Pinnay, 48, and three of his children between 8 and 12 years old, the Provincial Centre for the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management reported.
The children's mother and four other children were unharmed because they were at the other end of the house that was buried in mud.
More than 10,000 people were evacuated from their homes in different provinces of Luzon island, in the north of the country, where Typhoon Yutu, known locally as Rosita, crossed the country on Tuesday with sustained winds of 140km/h and gusts that reached 230km/h.
Yutu made landfall in the Philippines at dawn on Tuesday in the town of Dinapigue, Isabela province, and moved west until leaving the Philippines at night, although it will remain in its area of responsibility until Wednesday afternoon.
The areas which Yutu hit are the same ones that in mid-Sep. suffered under Typhoon Mangkhut, the most powerful of this season, bringing heavy rains that caused landslides and resulted in 100 deaths and disappearances.
The Philippines receives between 15 and 20 typhoons every year during the rainy or monsoon season, which usually begins in May or June and ends in November or December.
