Works planned as part of the council’s proposed Special Rate Variation (SRV) will revitalise town centres including Raymond Terrace, Medowie, Nelson Bay, Anna Bay, Fern Bay, Fingal Bay, Karuah, Lemon Tree Passage and Seaham.
