A successful launch was held at The Anchorage in Corlette on Monday, attended by representatives from the many stakeholders including organisers, sponsors and food establishments.
Port Stephens offers some of the world's best seafood and internationally acclaimed chefs, who together will celebrate the fine coastal cuisine the region is renowned for.
Visitor numbers are also expected to grow with the bringing together of two festivals.
