Free martial arts seminar

Titan Martial Arts instructors Natasha and Michael Omay will host a free self defence seminar for females and teens aged 14 and above. Learn self defence techniques from in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo and Kickboxing disciplines.
Medowie Colour Run
March 26: Boyd Oval, Medowie. Time: 10.30am-5pm. Cost: $45 (children), $55 (adult), $100 (2A, 2C).
Medowie and Districts Rugby Union Club will launch its new clubhouse with a colour fun run. There will be a run for juniors (under 12s) in the morning starting at 11am and for adults (12 years and above) at 1pm. First there will be an inflatable obstacle course, followed by a colour run. Free men's health check

The Men's Health Education Rural Van will stop in Raymond Terrace for two days to provide free check-ups for men. Services include blood pressure, blood sugar levels and cholesterol checks. The service has been provided by the Rotary clubs of Raymond Terrace and Warners Bay during the NSW Seniors Festival.

A collaboration between Homegrown Markets and Port Stephens Council, the first It's On x Homegrown Summer Nights Market in Raymond Terrace is family friendly, bursting with good vibes, acoustic music, great street food and kids activities.
