Amateur bouts will kick off Big Time Boxing at Wests Nelson Bay Diggers on Friday, August 8, which will see boxers from far and wide travel to Nelson Bay for the Chad "Hollywood" Bennett-organised event.
Bennett himself will headline the fight night.
The Novocastrian, a two-time World Boxing Foundation champion, will defend his World Boxing Organisation belt against Indonesian Stevi Ongen Ferdinandus.
The other highly anticipated fight scheduled for the night is between Daniel Baff, ranked the number 10 cruiserweight boxer in the world, and Thailand fighter Kongrit Nanakorn.
Baff, from Coffs Harbour, will defend his Pan Asian Boxing Association title.
If he can defeat Nanakorn, Baff will be able to take a shot at the world title or challenge Australian boxing legend Danny Green to a showdown.
"This is a fight I can't afford to lose," Baff said ahead of his fight against Nanakorn.
"I have really worked hard in the gym to put on a great show in front of a packed house."
Nelson Bay amateur boxer Joel Pettit will have his first fight at Diggers.
Also in the line up to feature in Big Time Boxing are Eddie Dos Santos, Paul Culpit, Warren Tresidder, Dean Cambridge and Mick Butcher.
Doors open at 6.30pm on August 8.
Tickets cost $45.
