Similar to Operation Roam, the nationwide campaign which was launched last week to find 20 of Australia’s most wanted fugitives; the Port’s police were seeking information from the community about a number of alleged offenders from the area that are wanted for their arrest.
Information on the whereabouts of each man, listed below, was being sought.
Anyone with information about any of the men was urged to phone Raymond Terrace Police Station on 4983 7599, Crime Stoppers on 1300 333 000 or or use the Crime Stoppers online reporting page at nsw.crimestoppers.com.au.
1. NAME: Shane Patrick BATES AGE: 34
LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE: Hawks Nest
DESCRIPTION: 172 centimetres tall, medium build, brown hair, hazel eyes, Caucasian appearance, left ear pierced four times WANTED FOR: Conviction warrant for drug supply
2. NAME: Christopher Steven COTTERILL AGE: 30
LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE: Martins Creek
DESCRIPTION: 182 centimetres tall, thin build, brown hair, brown beard and moustache, brown eyes, Caucasian appearance WANTED FOR: Five warrants for breach of order
3. NAME: Damien John FRENCH AGE: 45
LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE: Anna Bay
DESCRIPTION: 177 centimetres tall, medium build, fair hair, fair beard and moustache, blue/grey eyes WANTED FOR: Warrant for breach of order and prison warrant
4. NAME: David Robert TAYLOR AGE: 43
LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE: Minmi
DESCRIPTION: 182 centimetres tall, thin build, blonde hair, no facial hair at time of last arrest, blue eyes WANTED FOR: Warrants for break and enter, prison, bench warrant
5. NAME: Damian Christopher Edward BEER AGE: 42
LAST KNOWN RESIDENCE: North Arm Cove
DESCRIPTION: 183 centimetres tall, obese build, brown hair, goatee beard at last arrest, green/hazel eyes, Caucasian appearance WANTED FOR: Conviction warrant
