The show will serve as a preview of his act for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival later this year.
“It’s about a dad dealing with the modern world and slowly losing the plot. He’s a good guy, but nothing works out for him,” Ranclaud said.
“It’s comedy along the lines of Chevy Chase and Modern Family,” He added.
Ranclaud will also host a performance the following day at James Theatre, Dungog.
“I’ve tried to put a lot of heart into it as well as the jokes.
“There are some points in the show where it's a bit heart-wrenching, but then I pull the audience straight back into some laughs.
“This makes it more of a show I think. More than just a comedian on stage,” Ranclaud said.
Tickets cost $15, with children under 18 only $9. For more information visit unclenath.com or contact Raymond Terrace Bowling Club.
