The Mallabula Panthers were forced to forfeit their game against the North Newcastle.

The under 16/2 team went down 10-4 in their final against Raymond Terrace in a cliffhanger. The tight contest was level at half time with both teams unable to score.
The Bay boys’ coach, Rod Dixon, said he is proud of the team for their hard work all season.
