Students logged a total of 117 hours of skipping during the intense five-week program.
Shoal Bay Public teacher Bec Dahle said that the students learned about the importance of keeping fit with daily activity, while having a lot of fun.
"We ended the program with a jump off day that showcased all of the skipping skills students had learned throughout the term," she said.
"On July 4 the students will be showing parents and friends what skipping skills they have learned, with Years 3-6 demonstrating their skills in the early afternoon, followed by Years K-2."
The day proved to be a tremendous success and a fitting fund raiser for a worthy cause.
