Series publicist Adele Feletto said that rain and bad weather made it impossible for filming last Tuesday and Wednesday of the cast who were out and about in Anna Bay.
The stars were scheduled to go sand-dune quad bike riding, rock climbing and camel riding.
"However, we were able to film some whale watching with Frank Future's Imagine Cruises at Nelson Bay," Ms Feletto said.
"Despite the weather everyone enjoyed the couple of days spent in Port Stephens, admiring the area's beauty and many attractions."
Made up of six by one-hour episodes, 'Adventure All Stars' is filming across Australia and is slated to air on television in early 2020.
The series is produced by award-winning Australian production company, Charity TV Global.
As a socially conscious enterprise, Charity TV Global has developed a unique casting process that provides an extraordinary opportunity for anyone to undertake an epic fundraising journey (pre-filming) for their nominated charity, culminating in the filming of the adventure of a lifetime.
The net proceeds of every 'Adventure All Stars' television project is distributed to Charity TV Global's philanthropic partners.
The recipient charity of its Port Stephens episode was the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation Ltd, an established health promotion charity supporting Randwick's Prince of Wales Hospital.
The foundation's dedicated team works to build community and private partnerships, to raise vital funds and awareness for the continued development of health promotion, research, education, equipment and facilities and special projects at Prince of Wales Hospital.
Headed by former Australian professional footballer Troy Gray, in exclusive partnership with international business icon Kevin Harrington, Charity TV creates universally appealing and ground-breaking broadcast content under the banner of 'Adventure All Stars'.
The mission is to make a difference in people's lives through the power of entertainment and philanthropy.
