After five years as head coach for the club, Sean McGrath has stepped down and created an opportunity for a "fresh face" to guide the senior teams, in particular the men's side.
"The club is extremely grateful for all the hard work Sean put in over his time as coach and for all the other invaluable behind the scenes work he did around the club," the Marlins stated. "The men's team is currently seeking a new coach to lead this talented playing group and help them reach their full potential."
Women's coach Dean Purtle will return for a second season with the side in 2020.
Brendan Jones was elected the president of the club at the AGM in October.
