The fiesta, organised by the Raymond Terrace Community Markets, showcases different cultures with the aim of educating the public.
"Last year was a great success and this year we will have a wide variety of multicultural performers, workshops and multicultural groups selling traditional items," said Liz Stephens, one of the event organisers.
The fiesta will be held in Riverside Park from 9am to 3.30pm on Saturday, October 17.
One of the performers on the day will be Raymond Terrace dancer Jye Uren.
A former Irrawang High School student, Mr Uren now studies dance with the National Aboriginal and Islander Skills Development Association (NAISDA) near Gosford.
"Before 2012 I hadn't danced in my life," he said.
"But I soon picked up my own rhythm and style and everything just kind of fit into place after graduating in 2013.
"I'm now in my second year at NAISDA Dance College, completing my certificate III careers in dance and loving every minute of it."
Uren has choreographed a dance for the fiesta which he will perform with friends from the college.
