The line was partially closed for about half an hour until 8am, when trains resumed.

The man, who has not been formally identified, died at the scene.
The driver involved was taken to Wyong Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing. Tuggerah Lakes police established a crime scene and crash investigators are examining the incident.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
