The Nelson Bay product scored seven tries during another successful Super W campaign, which resulted in NSW dominating this week's Wallaroos squad.
The Waratahs scored half of the 40 national spots, including Stewart and Hunter Wildfires representative Kaitlan Leaney.
Ashley Marsters made it a double for the Wildfires, picked from her performances with the Melbourne Rebels.
Stewart and Marsters return to the Australian women's squad while Super W rookie Leaney has earned her first call up.
Officials are working on a revised Test schedule for later this year after matches between the Wallaroos and Samoa were postponed because of COVID-19.
Aussie players will now train together in their respective states until fixtures are locked in.
Stewart, who is striving to make her international debut, admitted being disappointed with the Test changes but was pleased to help NSW claim a fourth straight Super W title.
The Waratahs beat Queensland 45-12 in the decider at Coffs Harbour on Saturday.
"It was a pretty emotional one actually," she said.
"It's been a long few months with COVID and not being able to play the final last year and our Test matches being cancelled. It felt like we finally did it."
