The application was for a $1.5 million project featuring a 400-seat cinema complex with restaurant plus several offices to be built on the site of the historic St John’s Church hall.
Matthew heads for the top in dog-eat-dog world of groceries
Story brief: Matthew Devrell, then aged 20, claimed second in the NSW small business retail executive awards.
Mr Devrell was an assistant at Seabreeze Shopping Village’s Foodtown Supermarket.
