Starting January 9, maintenance work will be carried out from 6.30pm to 5am Sunday to Thursday while maintenance is carried out on the Pacific Highway bridges over Richardson Road and Mount Hall Road.
"Work will include routine maintenance on the bridge noise walls in each direction," the traffic authority said.
"To minimise impact on motorists, work will be carried out from 6.30pm to 5am Sunday to Thursday and will be completed in two weeks, weather permitting."
The work was due to be carried out on November but was delayed due to wet weather.
Lane closures and a 40 km/h speed limit will be in place during work hours for the safety of workers and motorists, which may impact travel times.
"Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control. Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time."
