The meeting will be held in the Waratah Room of Tomaree Library and Community Centre from 1.30pm.
The guest speaker will be Evelyn Collins, the neurological nurse from John Hunter Hospital, with an important presentation which will relate to people living with Parkinson's.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
After the meeting, the group will be having one of its twice weekly exercise programs, between 3pm and 4pm.
Exercise is important, and can be fun as well.
