The service centre, a one-stop shop for NSW Government services such as Roads and Maritime Services and Fair Trading, was officially opened by Parliamentary Secretary for the Hunter Scot MacDonald MLC on Wednesday, December 16.
Joined by Service NSW CEO Damon Rees, Mr MacDonald met the service centre’s team of 16.
“I congratulate the great work that service centre manager Sue Horsfall and the team have done,” Mr MacDonald said.
Mr Rees added that Service NSW was continuing to introduce new services and technology to make it easier for customers.
“More customers are choosing to transact online either at home or on the go. To meet this demand we are continuing to make more services available digitally,” he said.
The Raymond Terrace Service Centre is located in Jacaranda Avenue. It is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
