Paramedics were called to Anna Bay at 11.45am on Friday after reports a tree had fallen on a person at Biscay Close and Bungwall Close.
The man, 68, was trapped for at least 45 minutes while rescue crews, including three paramedic crews, Fire and Rescue workers and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, worked to help him.
